By navigating to the My Reviews section of your account, you will be able to easily request reviews.

To request reviews using the UpCity Review Request Tool, enter a sender name, the email addresses of those you would like to contact, a subject line, and an email message. The tool has default entries for these fields which you may use, or you may choose to customize.

You can select the frequency your request(s) will be sent—the default option is a one-time email. You may adjust that to include follow-up emails. If you opt for the follow-up, your contacts will receive a second email 7 days after the initial email, and then again 14 days after the initial email.
