You may report a suspicious review to us by pressing the flag icon on the review tile or by reaching out to help@upcity.com.
Once received, our Quality Team will review the complaint within 2-3 business days. If the team determines that it needs more information to validate the review in question, an investigation process will begin.
The investigation will consist of outreach to the reviewer with follow-up as needed, with the goal of obtaining proof of a business relationship. This process may take up to 7 business days.
After the Quality Team has reached a decision, the review in question will either remain on the profile or be removed.
