If your business is on UpCity, you’re in the running! All partners with a claimed profile, both free and paid, are eligible to win an Excellence Award.
How Do I Win?
It’s all about your UpCity Reviews Rating. Getting more high-quality reviews is the single best way to qualify for an Excellence Award. Our advice is to continue to gather reviews, stay diligent with your SEO initiatives, and keep producing high-quality work that your customers can depend on.
How Do National Excellence Awards Work?
Service providers in the top 2% of the UpCity Reviews Scores will be awarded a 2024 National Excellence Award.
What Do I Get if I Win a National Excellence Award?
A National Excellence Award Winner badge for your website
Placement on the 2024 National Excellence Award Winners list on our website
All winners will have the option to opt in to receiving a physical Excellence Award.
The opt in form will be open for 2 weeks. Any award requests received after that 2 week window may not be eligible for a physical award

What is Reviews for a Cause?
The Reviews for a Cause program is one way UpCity gives back. Every year during Excellence Awards season (January through March), we ask our partners to collect as many reviews on their UpCity profiles as possible. For every review, we give $5 to a selected charitable organization.
